Shipping Policy

We can deliver orders to anywhere in Malta & Gozo.

Delivery is free for all orders over €35.00 in Malta and Gozo – a €5.00 delivery charge applies for orders below €35.00.

The above may not apply for some discounted offers.

Orders must be placed by 11.30am CET to start processing on the same day, otherwise, it will be processed the next day.

Orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).

Returns Policy

YOU CAN RETURN THE GOODS WITHIN A PERIOD OF 14 DAYS

All returns should be sent to the below address:

Subject to the following conditions:

Returned within a period of 14 days from delivery;

Accompanied by proof of purchase;

Returned complete with original packaging, including free gifts, if any;

Returned unopened, unused and in ‘as new’ condition;

Have not been ordered to your specifications.

Goods cannot be accepted back when:

The goods have been bought from an external outlet;

Not accompanied by a proof of purchase;

Returned with incomplete or damaged packaging, with missing free gifts, if any;

Returned in used condition;

Originally ordered as a special order to your specifications.

Cancellation Policy

SV Beauty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any orders up to the point of delivery for products that have been listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or contain incorrect information or typographical errors or are unavailable for any reason. SV Beauty Ltd has this right regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your payment processed. If your account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge.

It is not possible to cancel your order online, in the meantime, you may contact SV Beauty Ltd. If it is too late and your order is already on its way, you can still return it in accordance with our Returns Policy.
